The Court having conferred today with all counsel and having considered counsels' letters of January 4 and January 7, 2002, it is hereby

ORDERED, as follows:

1. Defendant Brennan shall comply full with all outstanding discovery obligations no later than January 25, 2002.

2. The discovery cutoff date in both actions is extended until April 1, 2002. The joint pretrial order, any motions for summary judgment, and any requests to charge shall be filed in each action on or before April 22, 2002. No further extensions will be granted absent exceptional circumstances.
