ORDER

On December 22, 2003, the Court issued its memorandum decision in this matter, affirming the Appellant's conviction.

Having reviewed the matter and on its own motion, the Court now vacates and holds for naught the memorandum decision issued on December 22, 2003. A new opinion will be issued in due course.
