For the reasons given in the companion case hereto rendered this date under the caption Campbell v. National Union Fire Ins., 92-592 (La.App. 3d Cir. 1994), 647 So.2d 569, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in part and reversed and remanded in part. Costs to await the outcome of these proceedings.

AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED IN PART AND REMANDED.
