ORDER

Diana L. Leyden Special Trial Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the October 2, 2023, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Trial Session of the Court.

By Order served June 7, 2023, the Court extended the time within which respondent should file a complete copy of the Notice of Deficiency issued to petitioners for tax year 2018 to August 7, 2023.

ORDERED that the time within which respondent shall file a complete copy of the Notice of Deficiency issued to petitioners for tax year 2018 is extended to September 6, 2023.
