By Order served May 16, 2023, the Court directed respondent, on or before June 6, 2023, to file a response to this Order attaching thereto the Notice of Deficiency issued to petitioners for tax year 2018.
On June 6, 2023, respondent filed a Response. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the time within which respondent shall file a complete copy of the Notice of Deficiency issued to petitioners for tax year 2018 is extended to August 7, 2023.
