DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Anna D. Rigali from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), dated May 24, 2021. Motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved and for the assignment of a new attorney for each child to respond to the appeal, and to extend their time to serve and file their briefs. The following named attorney was assigned as attorney for the children by the Supreme Court, Kings County:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

and it is further, ORDERED that the time to serve and file the briefs of the attorneys for the children is extended, and on or before November 29, 2021, the attorneys for the children shall serve and file their respective briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve their briefs and upload a digital copy of their briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further, ORDERED that the attorneys for the children are directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
