DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), two dated April 15, 2021, and two dated May 24, 2021, respectively.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals from the orders dated April 15, 2021, and the order dated May 24, 2021, directing the appellant not to contact the respondent's attorney, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-05988, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from nondispositional orders in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted.
