DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), two dated April 15, 2021, and two dated May 24, 2021, respectively. The appeals from the orders dated April 15, 2021, and the order dated May 24, 2021, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-05988, were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 15, 2021. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to vacate the dismissal of the appeals from the orders dated April 15, 2021, and the order dated May 24, 2021, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-05988, and to reinstate those appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
