ORDER

Emin Toro Judge.

This case was calendared for trial during the Court's February 5, 2024, San Diego, California, trial session. On February 2, 2024, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss, among other things, the status of the case. During the call, petitioners' counsel made an informal request for a continuance. Respondent had no objection to the granting of a continuance. By Order served February 2, 2024, among other things, the case was stricken from the February 5, 2024, San Diego, California, trial session.

On June 6, 2024, the parties filed separate Status Reports (Docs. 22 & 23). The parties have reached a basis for settlement on all issues in the case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before July 10, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
