JUSTICES OF THE PEACE, § 196 — when error to dismiss appeal on ground that appeal bond was approved too late. Dismissal of appeal from justice of peace, on ground that appeal bond was approved too late, was error when it appeared from justice's complete transcript, filed by permission, that date written on face of bond as that of its approval was clerical error and that, in fact, bond was approved in time.
