This case is scheduled to be tried at a session of the Tax Court in St. Louis, Missouri, beginning October 24, 2022. The Commissioner filed a motion Doc. 7) to remand this case to the IRS Office of Appeals for further consideration. We wish to learn petitioners' position on that motion, but so far our attempts to reach petitioners to conduct a pretrial telephone conference have not been successful. It is therefore

ORDERED that petitioners' shall immediately (and, in any event, no later than Monday September 26, 2022) place a telephone call (at 202-521-0850) to the Chambers Administrator of the judge signing this order, for the purpose of scheduling a pretrial telephone conference between the Court and the parties.
