Transfer granted. We grant transfer of jurisdiction, vacate the June 18, 2014 and October 1, 2013 orders relating to dismissal of the appeal, and remand the case to the Court of Appeals for consideration of motion for extension of time and such further proceedings as the Court of Appeals deems appropriate. All justices concur.
