ORDER

DIANA L. LEYDEN SPECIAL TRIAL JUDGE.

This case is calendared for trial at the June 3, 2024, Portland, Maine, Trial Session of the Court.

On May 13, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report indicating the Independent Office of Appeals re-opened petitioner's case in late March 2024. Petitioner was unresponsive to the numerous attempts by the Independent Office of Appeals to discuss a potential settlement. On or around May 10, 2024, the Appeals Officer assigned to petitioner's case returned the case to respondent's counsel for trial preparation. Respondent attempted to contact petitioner by email and phone, however, the phone number is disconnected, and petitioner has not responded to the email.

The Court believes it is necessary to have a conference call. The call is currently scheduled for Monday, May 20, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. The dial-in instructions will be sent to the parties' respective email addresses.
