Appellant's brief is overdue. The brief was originally due August 26, 2024. On September 4, 2024, this Court granted appellant's first motion for extension of time to file the brief and required the brief to be filed on or before September 24, 2024. As of the date of this order, appellant's brief has not been filed.

We ORDER appellant's counsel, Kristen Brown, to file appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief on or before OCTOBER 14, 2024. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(b)(2). If the brief and motion for extension of time to file the brief are not filed by the above date, the case will be abated for the trial court to make findings pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.8(b)(2). See id. 38.8(b)(2), (3).

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Brandon Birmingham, Presiding Judge, 292nd Judicial District Court; and counsel for all parties.
