ORDER

It is ORDERED that the motion for a remand to the trial court for consideration of plaintiffs application for counsel fees is granted. The issue of attorney's fees for proceedings in the Supreme Court is referred to the trial court for disposition if plaintiff prevails on her claim in the trial court. The Court takes no position on the merits of the application.
