ORDER

A petition for certification of the judgment in A-000102-17 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same; It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, limited to the issues of whether an employee alleging discrimination for failure to accommodate a disability, pursuant to the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, N.J.S.A. 10:5-1 to -49, is required to show an adverse employment action; and whether plaintiff's claim is barred by the exclusive remedy provision of the Workers' Compensation Act, N.J.S.A. 34:15-1 to -146.
