On Appeal from the 439th Judicial District Court Rockwall County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2-22-0871

ORDER

NANCY KENNEDY, JUSTICE

The clerk's record filed March 20, 2024 is incomplete because it does not include the jury charge and jury verdict at the punishment phase of the trial and the trial court's certification of defendant's right of appeal. We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Lea Carlson, Rockwall County District Clerk; and counsel for all parties.
