ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Appellant Christine Richey has filed an emergency motion to stay trial court proceedings. In our previous order, we granted the motion and temporarily issued a stay of proceedings pending further briefing by the parties. After reviewing the briefing, we have determined the stay should be lifted so that the trial court proceedings may proceed during the pendency of this appeal.

It is ordered.
