Christine Marie Richey, Individually and as Trustee of the Sherrell J. PfluegerRevocable Trust, Appellant v. Christopher Brouse, Appellee

FROM THE PROBATE COURT NO. 1 OF TRAVIS COUNTY NO. C-1-PB-22-000508, THE HONORABLE GUY S. HERMAN, JUDGE PRESIDING

Before Chief Justice Byrne, Justices Smith and Theofanis

ORDER

PER CURIAM

Appellant Christine Richey has filed an emergency motion to stay trial court proceedings. Richey claims that the appellee has set a hearing in the trial court that, if it were to occur, would cause her irreversible and irreparable harm. Accordingly, we grant the motion and temporarily stay all trial court proceedings pending further order of this Court. See Tex. R. App. 24.4(c) ("The appellate court may issue any temporary orders necessary to preserve the parties' rights."). The Court orders appellee Christopher Brouse to file a response to the emergency motion on or before February 7, 2024.

It is ordered.
