Before SCHAFFER, MAXEY, DREW, LINN, STERN and BARNES, JJ.

Appeal, No. 383, Jan. T., 1937, by Edsel Holding Co., Inc., and Ida C. Pitney, from decree of Superior Court, Feb. T., 1937, No. 27, affirming decree of C. P. Pike Co., May T., 1935, No. 3, in case of Edward E. Riches v. Thomas C. Pitney. Decree affirmed.

Execution proceeding.

The facts are stated in the opinion of the Superior Court, reported in 126 Pa. Super. 419.

Exceptions to sheriff's schedule of distribution dismissed, opinion by SHULL, P. J. Exceptants appealed to the Superior Court, which affirmed the decree. Appeal allowed to Supreme Court.

Errors assigned, among others, related to the action of the Superior Court in overruling the assignments of error.

The decree is affirmed on the opinion of the Superior Court at appellants' cost.
