WRIT GRANTED. The district court's May 25, 2018 judgment which granted the motion for partial summary judgment filed by plaintiff, Albert Richburg, is reversed. Genuine issues of material fact as to fault precluded the granting of this motion for partial summary judgment. La. Code Civ. P. art. 966. The motion for partial summary judgment filed by plaintiff, Albert Richburg, is denied.
