DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to waive the motion filing fee on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated February 23, 2015, and, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is denied and the motion is otherwise dismissed without prejudice to renew upon proper papers and payment of the motion filing fee.
