Upon the Court's own motion, it is ordered that the above styled appeal is hereby dismissed pursuant to Logan v. State, 846 So.2d 472 (Fla.2003). Appellant, through counsel, has filed a direct appeal of the same issue. See Case no. 3D15–502.
