This case was continued from the Court's October 2020, Miami, Florida, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

The parties filed a status report on February 22, 2022, indicating that the parties have reached a tentative basis for settling this case. They also asked for some more time to file a stipulation of settlement and a stipulated decision document. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 29, 2022, the parties shall file proposed stipulated decision document with the Court.
