ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge.

This case was continued from the Court's October 2020, Miami, Florida, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

The Court held a conference call with the parties on January 20, 2022, during which the Commissioner informed the Court that he had made a settlement proposal to petitioner. We will give them 30 days to update the Court on the petitioner's response. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 22, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
