Upon due consideration of the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance and Motion to Change Place of Trial, filed August 12, 2024, it is

ORDERED that the parties' motion is granted, and this case is stricken from the Court's October 7, 2024, Dallas, Texas, trial session and is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the place of trial is changed to Atlanta, Georgia. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 18, 2024, and every 90 days thereafter, the parties shall file with the Court written reports detailing the then-present status of this case.
