Appeal, No. 95, March T., 1973, from decree of Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division, of Erie County, No. 197 of 1971, in re Richardson Adoption Case. Decree affirmed.

Proceedings upon petition by prospective adoptive parents for involuntary termination of the parental rights of the natural mother and father. Before DWYER, P. J.

Order entered granting petition; exceptions thereto by natural mother and father sustained and petition dismissed. Petitioners appealed.

Decree affirmed. Each party to pay own costs.
