Action to recover damages for breach of a lease agreement, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Waterbury, Housing Session, where the court, Mintz, J., granted the plaintiffs' motion for default; thereafter, the matter was tried to the court on the issue of damages; judgment for the plaintiffs, from which the defendants appealed to this court. Affirmed.

Louis S. Avitabile filed a brief for the appellants (defendants).

Christopher W. Boylan filed a brief, for the appellees (plaintiffs).
