For the reasons stated in the companion case of Romar v. Estate of Gay (Nolan Soileau, Curator), 454 So.2d 431 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1984), in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Leo Paul Romar is cast with all costs of this appeal.

AFFIRMED.
