This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted in person commencing Monday, March 6, 2023, in Boston, Massachusetts.

On February 3, 2023, respondent filed a motion for continuance. In said motion, respondent represents that he is unable to determine whether petitioner objects to the granting of the motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that on or before February 24, 2023, petitioner shall file with the Court a written response to respondent's motion for continuance.
