Based upon respondent's representation that Judge Marcia Caballero has been reassigned to the Family Division, the petition for writ of mandamus is hereby dismissed as moot.

Upon consideration of the motion for attorney's fees filed by respondent, it is ordered that said motion is hereby denied.
