Appeals and cross-appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 11, 2022, and the appeal of third-party defendant/second third-party defendant-appellant-respondent Exclusive Drywall and Concrete Finishing, Inc. having been perfected, And third-party defendant-respondent-appellant Construction Realty Safety Group Inc. having moved, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), to vacate the dismissal of its cross-appeal and, upon reinstatement, for an extension of time in which to perfect said cross appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, the dismissal vacated, Construction Realty Safety Group, Inc.'s cross-appeal is reinstated, and the time in which to perfect said cross appeal is extended to the May 2023 Term of this Court; sua sponte, the perfected appeal is adjourned to the May 2023 Term, and the time in which to perfect the remaining appeals and cross appeal is extended to said May 2023 Term.
