We affirm the order denying attorney's fees. Stockman v. Downs, 573 So.2d 835 (Fla. 1991); Tucker v. Ohren, 739 So.2d 684 (Fla. 4th DCA 1999); Green v. Sun Harbor Homeowner's Ass'n, Inc., 685 So.2d 23 (Fla. 4th DCA 1996). We have not considered the cross-appeal issue as it is premature. Winkelman v. Toll, 632 So.2d 130 (Fla. 4th DCA 1994).
