MEMORANDUM OPINION

A review of this appeal shows appellant filed his notice of appeal July 15, 2005. In letters dated July 21, 2005, we instructed appellant to pay his $125 filing fee and to file a docketing statement within ten days of the date of the letters. We cautioned appellant that the failure to do so would result in this appeal being dismissed for want of prosecution. To date, appellant has not responded.

Accordingly, we DISMISS this appeal for want of prosecution. See Appendix to the Tex.R.App.P. B(1)(a); Tex.R.App.P. 5 42.3.
