ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.

On April 22, 2016, we abated this appeal and ordered the trial court to make findings regarding why the reporter's record had not been filed. On April 28, 2016, we received the reporter's record. We conclude findings are no longer necessary. We VACATE our April 22, 2016 order regarding findings and ORDER the reporter's record filed as of the date of this order. We ORDER court reporter Sharina Fowler to file the State's exhibits #20 and #60 within ten days of the date of this order. We direct the Clerk to send copies of this order to Sharina Fowler and counsel for all parties.

Appellant's brief is due within forty days.
