On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court


On the authority of Ex parte Rice, [Ms. 1980846, November 5, 1999] 766 So.2d 143 (Ala. 1999), we reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand this case to the Jefferson County Circuit Court for proceedings consistent with the Alabama Supreme Court's opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
