Based upon the foregoing Stipulation and Joint Motion and with good cause appearing therefor, it is hereby

ORDERED, that plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint and Defendant Salt Lake County's Cross-claim in this action are hereby dismissed, with prejudice, against Defendants, Salt Lake County and Defendant Sherrie Swensen with each party to bear its respective fees and costs.
