Motion for reargument denied; motion to amend decision denied, and motion to have questions certified to the Court of Appeals denied, with ten dollars costs to each party opposing the motion. Held, that the case is appealable, as matter of right, under sections 190 and 191 of the Code of Civil Procedure. All concurred.
