The Court, in its discretion, FURTHER ORDERS THAT Plaintiff Ri Ra Holdings LLC's Motion for an Order to Show Cause Why Defendants Ri Ra, Macira Mor, Inc., Kevin Tremor, and Joseph McCabe Should Not Be Held In a Contempt and For Compensatory Damages [Document #10] is also DENIED.
