Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property in the city of Poughkeepsie and to have declared invalid a certificate of tax sale and a tax deed delivered by the city treasurer to the appellant Schauben. Judgment in favor of the plaintiff and, inter alia, declaring tax deed invalid because it was founded on proceedings which were jurisdictionally defective, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
