Appeal from the 254th District Court of Dallas County, Texas (TC# DF-14-02268-R) ORDER
The clerk's record was filed in this office on August 11, 2015, and upon further review of the record, it appears that the Final Decree of Divorce does not reflect the date the decree was signed by the 254 District Court Judge.
Therefore, the Court ORDERS that the Judge for the 254 District Court of Dallas County, Texas, enter a corrected Final Decree of Divorce, nunc pro tunc, reflecting the date the decree was signed. The corrected decree shall be filed with the District Clerk of Dallas County, Texas, and the District Clerk shall prepare a supplemental clerk's record which will include the corrected decree and file it with this Court on or before August 31, 2015.
Further, the Appellant's brief shall be due with this Court thirty days after the Supplemental Clerk's Record is filed.
