ORDER

The record was due March 21, 2017. By postcard dated March 22, 2017, we notified court reporter Peri Wood that the reporter's record was overdue and directed her to file it within thirty days. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed and we have had no communication with Ms. Wood.

We ORDER court reporter Peri Wood to file the reporter's record in the above appeal within TWENTY DAYS of the date of this order. Ms. Wood is cautioned that the failure to do so will result in the Court taking whatever action it deems appropriate to ensure that this appeal proceeds in a timely fashion, which may include ordering that she not sit as a court reporter until the record in this appeal is filed.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Brandon Birmingham, Presiding Judge, 292nd Judicial District Court; Peri Wood, court reporter, 292nd Judicial District Court; and to counsel for all parties.
