ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge.

On November 19, 2021, the Court entered a stipulated decision in this case and additionally, by Order issued November 19, 2021, denied as moot petitioners' motion to change place of trial However, upon further review, it appears that petitioners' address set forth in that decision is incorrect.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the Order issued November 19, 2021, and the stipulated decision, entered November 19, 2021, are vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' motion to change place of trial to Nashville, Tennessee, filed August 18, 2021, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 23, 2021, the parties shall submit a revised proposed stipulated decision for the Court consideration.
