This case is calendared for trial at the Court's January 8, 2024, Denver, Colorado trial session. On December 6, 2023, the Commissioner filed a Motion for Continuance. And on December 15, 2023, the Commissioner filed a status report informing the Court that a basis of settlement had been reached in this case but that he has been unable to get signed decision documents from petitioner's owner, Ms. Michelle Medina. The Court's attempts to contact Ms. Medina have been unsuccessful. To allow the parties time to finalize their settlement, it is
ORDERED that the Commissioner's motion for continuance is granted and that this case is stricken from the January 8, 2024 trial session and is restored to the general docket.
