Defendant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on November 5, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Jonathan D. Hitsous, Esq., dated July 3, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Charles F. Burkwit, Esq., sworn to July 9, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 4, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 16, 2013, and inserting in its place the date September 16, 2013.

Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
