John G. Reynolds, Columbia, MO, Appellant, pro se.

Marie Claire Dwyer, Jefferson City, MO, Attorney for Respondent.

Before Division Three: Karen King Mitchell, Presiding Judge, and Cynthia L. Martin and Anthony Rex Gabbert, Judges

Order

Per Curiam: John Reynolds appeals the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission affirming and adopting the Appeals Tribunal's decision affirming the Division of Employment Security's determination that Reynolds was overpaid $4,186.00 in unemployment benefits because he received those benefits during a period of ineligibility. Reynolds raises one point on appeal. He claims that the Commission erred in determining that he was ineligible because the Division failed to show that he had reasonable assurance of reemployment. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
