ORDER

Per Curiam:

Mr. Seth Reynolds, acting pro se, appeals the Boone County Circuit Court judgment dismissing his independent action in equity in which he sought relief from a May 2017 injunction judgment entered against him and in favor of Boone County. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
