ORDER

Appellant's brief was original due June 5, 2017. When the brief was not filed, we notified appellant by letter dated June 15, 2017. Pursuant to the letter, a response was due June 25, 2017. On June 25, 2017, appellant filed a motion for extension of time requesting an additional thirty days from the date of the motion in which to file the brief. After review, we GRANT appellant's motion for extension of time and ORDER appellant to file his brief in this court on or before July 25, 2017.
