Opinion issued June 17, 2010. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex. R. App. P. 47

On Appeal from the County Criminal Court No. 2, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. MB07-20207-B.

Before Justices O'NEILL, FRANCIS, and MURPHY.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Juan Antonio Reyna was convicted of driving while intoxicated. Punishment was assessed at confinement in jail for ninety days, probated for fifteen months, and a $750 fine. Appellant, who is not indigent, did not file a brief; therefore, following the Court's April 14, 2010 order, the appeal is being submitted without briefs. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b). Absent briefs, no issues are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
