BY ORDER OF THE COURT:

In light of the bankruptcy court's September 28, 2016, order granting joint stipulation and motion for relief from the automatic stay in favor of creditor, Midfirst Bank, the bankruptcy stay is lifted. Pursuant to the notice of voluntary dismissal filed herein, this appeal is dismissed. The appellee's motion to dismiss is denied as moot. The appellee's motion for sanctions is denied. The appellee's motion for attorney's fees is denied.
